ok so. i'm 39. i sleep 9 hours. i drink water. and like… every single meeting someone goes "are you okay?? you look exhausted" and it's genuinely made me start hating my own face. bought this half annoyed because ive already wasted over $500 on other creams have done nothing. figured what's one more. didn't do anything insane on day 1 i'll be honest. looked a lil brighter. nothing crazy. BUT around day 9 ish my boyfriend asked if i'd changed something and i hadn't told him i was using it sooo. that's when i knew. yeah the jar is small. but i use like a grain of rice worth each side and i'm still on the same jar 7 weeks in. math it out.

my mom has these circles. my grandma had them. my 10 year old is starting to get them which breaks my heart a little. i've literally tried everything and concealer make them worse… the ordinary caffeine (nothing). baebody (nothing). one $90 french one that i won't name (nothing!!) the derm told me basically it's filler or nothing. cool. $900 and needles. love that for me. this is the FIRST thing that's made an actual dent. not gone. dented. like when i wash my face at night now the area is just… lighter than it used to be. idk how else to say it. just lighter. to people saying "no cream fixes genetic circles" correct, this doesn't fix them. it reduces them. there's a difference and i think people forget that.

I'm 58. post menopause hit my under eyes like a truck. dry, papery, every line showing, every cream i tried made it WORSE because it sank into the crepe and emphasized everything. almost didn't buy this because someone wrote a 3 star saying it "sat in the lines" and i was like great that's me. but. here's the thing nobody tells you. you have to moisturize FIRST. like properly. then take a tiny tiny amount (less than you think) and pat. don't rub. pat. i did it wrong the first two days and it looked awful and i almost returned it. day 3 i figured it out and now 6 weeks later my skin genuinely feels plumper. the crepey look is softer. not a miracle. miracle. maintenance. that's what it is. maintenance.

ok i was READY to return this. fully ready. saw a review from another girl with my skin tone saying it gave her a grey cast and i was like yep that's gonna be me. first swipe yeah it looked too light. like. way too light for a second. panicked a lil. kept pressing it in going upward and it just… warmed up into my skin?? someone else in the reviews said "it looks like mismatched concealer til you finish blending then it disappears" and THATS exactly it. for anyone deeper than medium — use HALF of what you think you need. seriously. half. the pigments shift as they blend and if you put too much it won't shift enough. three weeks. under eyes brighter. no more punched-in-the-face look. 10/10 would buy again.

i've returned 3 eye creams this year. THREE. all stung. all made my eyes water. i wear contacts every day and my eyes are just. and I saw a 1 star that said this stung for 10 minutes and almost didn't order. did anyway because i'm stubborn. but nothing! no stinging. no watering. been using it 5 weeks with contacts in and it's been completely fine. i think the people who sting are either applying it way too close to the lash line or stacking it with retinol the same night which like. obviously. apply below the bone not on the waterline. that's it that's the tip.
